How to use

1. Unzip it and double-click FindMySave.exe. Nothing is installed; delete the folder to remove it.
2. Windows may say "Windows protected your PC". That is because the tool is new and has few downloads yet, not because anything was detected. Click "More info", then "Run anyway".
3. The games with saves on your PC are listed on the left. Click one to check it.

It never changes or deletes a save. The only thing it writes is a backup, by default to %LOCALAPPDATA%\FindMySave\backups.
